Located in Central Adelaide, 91 King William St was the tallest building in South Australia, and arguably its most coveted office space. A modern high rise built on the shell of an existing heritage structure, Westpac House offers 360-degrees views across the Adelaide skyline.
Premier Waterproofing completed a full forensic investigation into various water leaks at Westpac House, primarily conducting work across the full roof membrane and garage.
This project required re-waterproofing of the building’s dilapidated rooftop, including a replacement of the entire roof membrane of circa 1,100 square metres. This was completed by the Premier team with a 20-year product warranty, alongside additional work across the building’s glass atriums and general façade.
The basement carpark of 91 King William St was also inspected and waterproofed by the Premier team.
